Which VerbaSpaces workspace should I use?+
Use Write for rewriting and language work, Academic for assignment-wide review, Research for questions and sources, Projects for saved documents and Evidence Map, Documents for PDFs, and Creative for images and design utilities.
Can I use VerbaSpaces without paying?+
Yes. Public citation tools and selected quick tools can be used before creating an account. A Free account adds saved work and a monthly AI allowance. The plan page shows the current limits before you upgrade.
I cannot log in or receive a password-reset email. What should I do?+
Check the email address and spam folder, wait a few minutes, then request one new reset email. If it still does not arrive, contact VerbaSpaces Support from the email address connected to the account.
Can I sign in with Google?+
Google sign-in is available when the account service is operating normally. Use the same Google email each time so your projects and plan remain connected to one VerbaSpaces account.
How do I delete my account or selected data?+
Open Contact, choose Account or data deletion, and email the request from your account email. State whether you want the entire account removed or only named projects, files, voice samples, or other records. VerbaSpaces may verify the request before deleting data.
Why did an AI tool fail or return an incomplete result?+
Provider outages, document size, account limits, safety checks, or a temporary connection problem can interrupt a request. Retry once with a smaller input. If it continues, use Report a problem and include the tool, time, device, and the exact error message without sending passwords or payment details.
When are AI credits deducted?+
Credits are intended to be charged only for successfully completed provider-backed actions. Local PDF, QR, colour, and other browser-based operations do not use AI credits when the interface identifies them as local tools.
Does Final Check predict my university grade?+
No. Academic scores and recommendations are revision guidance, not a predicted or guaranteed grade. Check the official rubric, permitted-AI rules, citations, and final document yourself before submitting.
Are generated references guaranteed to be correct?+
No. VerbaSpaces retrieves available metadata and formats it, but records can be incomplete or inconsistent. Open the source, confirm the author, title, date, DOI or ISBN, and follow your institution's required citation guide.
How do I save or export references?+
Use the Citation Generator to search by title, URL, DOI, ISBN, author, or keywords. Select the records you need, save them to a list, and use Export to create a Word document or copy the formatted references.
How do I cancel a subscription renewal?+
Cancel the automatic payment from your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment already completed. Paid access normally continues to the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?+
Open Contact and choose Refund request. Send the request within the policy window from your account email and include the plan, charge date, PayPal transaction or subscription reference, and reason. Do not send a complete card or bank-account number. Eligibility follows the Terms and applicable law.
Does VerbaSpaces store my full card number?+
No. PayPal handles eligible PayPal, debit-card, and credit-card payment details. VerbaSpaces receives limited subscription and transaction references needed to activate and support the plan.
How can I request a copy of my data?+
Email VerbaSpaces Support from your account email with the subject Data export request. VerbaSpaces may verify your identity and will provide the available account data in a practical format, subject to applicable rights and lawful exceptions.
Do AI providers receive the text or images I submit?+
Provider-backed tools send the content needed to complete that request to the named provider. Local tools stay in the browser where indicated. The Privacy Policy lists the providers, purpose, and available retention information.
