Clear terms for using VerbaSpaces.
These terms explain subscriptions, refunds, AI usage and the responsibilities that come with using VerbaSpaces.
Subscription renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically through PayPal until cancelled. You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund a charge that has already been completed. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Three-day refund window
A voluntary refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the first charge for a new subscription. After that period, the subscription payment is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Usage limit for refunds
A subscription is no longer eligible for a voluntary refund once VerbaSpaces has processed 5,000 words through paid AI tools or the account has used 50 paid AI credits, even when fewer than 3 calendar days have passed. The first threshold reached applies. Only successfully completed paid-provider requests count; failed requests that VerbaSpaces refunds automatically do not count.
How usage is measured
VerbaSpaces records the number of input words and AI credits used by successful provider-backed requests so refund eligibility can be checked consistently. Local tools and no-credit tools do not count toward the processed-word or paid-credit refund thresholds.
Renewals and plan changes
The three-day refund window applies to the first charge of a new subscription, not to routine renewals. Changing or cancelling a plan does not create a new refund window for an earlier charge.
Review every result
AI suggestions, citations, similarity results and academic scores are guidance. Users must check accuracy, source support, course rules and final wording.
No guaranteed grades
Academic Workspace and Final Check do not predict or guarantee an institutional grade. Assessment remains the responsibility of the relevant university, lecturer or publisher.
Source responsibility
Users must open recommended sources and confirm relevance, publication details and required citation formatting before relying on them.
Fair use
Automated abuse, attempts to evade limits and use that infringes another person’s rights are not permitted.
